Things I wish I knew before I tried it

The location is prime, just steps from the metro and a short free trolley ride to the waterfront. The breakfast is plentiful, with made-to-order omelets. Be mindful of parking. it's tight and pricey. The atrium might get noisy due to events, but rooms are well-insulated. Service can be hit-or-miss, so stay prepared!

I loved the easy stroll to the nearby Freedom House Museum and the scenic views at Alexandria's waterfront area, making my weekend exploration a delightful mix of history and nature. plus, the big corner suite I stayed in offered a cozy space for unwinding after all the city walking.

Loved the proximity to the metro and fantastic restaurants. The complimentary drinks were a delightful addition, and the pool had the kids happily splashing about!

The 1-bedroom suite was clean and spacious, offering a comfortable environment. Dining options in the atrium were excellent, with a delicious burger for dinner and a standout free breakfast.

The hotel can get a bit noisy due to families, but the room insulation is effective.

The King Suite had a comfortable layout, but the carpet was not vacuumed upon arrival.

We enjoyed a refreshing swim in the pool and then took the hotel's free shuttle to visit the National Mall. The service was great, and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve experienced. Just a heads up, the suites could use some updating, but overall, it was a fun trip!

One downside was that the electrical outlets in our suite were outdated, which made charging devices a bit tricky.

Had a fun stay! The room was big and comfy for my fam. The breakfast was made to order and totally free! Super close to the metro and some great restaurants. Just wish the dining areas weren't so chilly. made it tough to relax during happy hour.
